Who this programme is for...

This programme may be a good fit if you:

  • have HSD, hEDS or symptomatic hypermobility

  • suspect hypermobility is contributing to your symptoms

  • experience chronic pain or fatigue

  • would like regular expert guidance at a lower cost

  • want better understanding of pain, fatigue and flare-ups

This programme is particularly suited to people who:

  • cannot access specialist hypermobility support locally

  • want specialist support but not 1:1 treatment right now

You do not need to have everything figured out before joining.

Is this the right type of support for you?

The Hypermobility Support Programme is delivered through a group education and support model. It is not a substitute for individual assessment as advice and guidance is provided generally for all attendees.

One-to-one hypermobility sessions with James Rind offer individual assessment, tailored management strategies, exercise guidance and support with functional integration. They are generally more appropriate for more complex cases or longer term issues.

About James Rind

I’m James Rind MSc, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. I have worked across hospitals, private practice, occupational health and primary care, and more recently have developed a particular interest in supporting people with hypermobility.

My approach combines practical physiotherapy guidance with a broader understanding of pacing, wellbeing, stress and long-term symptom management. I created this programme to offer a supportive and accessible way for people to receive specialist input without the need for regular 1:1 sessions.

How the programme works

The Hypermobility Support Programme is designed to provide regular, practical support in a simple and accessible format.

1. Join the programme
Once you join, you will become part of the programme as a founding member and receive access to the monthly live sessions.

2. Attend the live online sessions
Each month includes one teaching session and two drop-in support sessions, all delivered online so you can join from anywhere in the UK.

3. Learn, ask questions and build confidence over time
The programme is designed to help you better understand hypermobility, manage symptoms more effectively and develop greater confidence in how you care for your body.

The aim is not to overwhelm you with information, but to provide clear, helpful guidance that you can return to and build on over time.

Founding Members Pilot

I am initially opening this as a pilot programme for a smaller founding group.

This allows early members to join at a reduced rate, benefit from direct support and help shape the programme as it develops.

If you join as a founding member, you will receive:

  • access to the monthly live teaching session

  • access to two drop-in support sessions each month

  • a lower early member price

  • cancel any time, with no tie-ins

  • the opportunity to help shape future topics and resources

Founding member price: £19 per month

If you have been looking for a more affordable and supportive alternative to regular 1:1 sessions, this may be a good place to start.

After joining, you’ll receive an email with session dates, access details and next steps.
