Wellbeing Mentoring

Wellbeing Mentoring is a service James offers to support a more holistic approach to mental, physical and emotional health. 

Burnout and fatigue are a root cause of many of our health issues and through non-traditional physiotherapy studies James has developed a broader offering for those looking for an alternative approach to their Health & Wellbeing. 

This program is offered by James to support improvements in the core aspects of human life: sleep, diet, activity, positive relationships, stress management and resting.
