About
James is a highly experienced clinician with over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist. He offers thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex musculoskeletal problems. His broad learning and experience allows for a comprehensive and holistic approach that considers not only physical health, but also the impact of your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Qualifications
James qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1999 with a Master's Degree from Glasgow Caledonian University having first completed a BSc (Hons) Biochemistry degree from Cardiff University.
He has continued to expand his clinical knowledge achieving an MSC in Workplace Health and Wellbeing from the University of Nottingham in 2016 and a Level 5 Diploma in Stress Management & Wellbeing in 2017.

During this time he has also developed an interest in Occupational Health and Wellbeing, working to support many employers in a wide range of industries. More recently he has worked as a First Contact Physiotherapist within NHS GP Surgeries in South Wales & Bristol.

25 years of experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with special interests in chronic pain and condition management including hyper mobility syndrome, chronic musculoskeletal pain, chronic fatigue syndrome and ME.
Speaking opportunities & Presentations
James enjoys speaking to both small and large audiences about musculoskeletal medicine, workplace and personal wellbeing and mental health strategies in chronic conditions and clinical presentations.
