Cycling Clinic

Ignoring falling from your bike, the most common cause of cycling injuries, is an ill fitting bike. Our Cycling Clinic addresses this with a full ergonomic bike fit and set-up.

During the 60 minute session, you will also receive a musculoskeletal screening assessment, which will highlight any issues with your core stability, strength or flexibility.

Our experienced physios will be able to provide you with bespoke exercises that will address any issues found. Whether you are on your 1st, 2nd or 3rd road bike, call us today to arrange your bike appointment at our Cardiff Cycle Clinic now. Alternatively request a call back from one of our Physios who will be very happy to answer any questions you may have.
